Sculpture & Ceramics
Inspired by Nature
Every sculpture begins with a walk.
WELCOME !
Every walk offers an invitation to slow down and notice what most people pass by.
A weathered piece of bark, a moss-covered stone, a twisted branch, or the quiet silhouette of a tree can become the beginning of a sculpture. Faces emerge from bark and woodland spirits appear among leaves.
Using air dried clay on found bark with acryclic paint, I create sculptural forms that explore mythology, memory, and the hidden personalities of the natural world.
Like my woodland sculptures, my ceramics are inspired by the beauty and textures of the natural world. Leaves, branches, bark, and forest landscapes influence both the forms I create and the glazes I choose, my connection to nature. Some pieces are just playful experiments !
